BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Twin Cities, MN

At Anointed Braids, we aim to provide an excellent experience for all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we've established the following booking and cancellation policies:

Booking Policy

  • Appointment Scheduling: 

    • Appointments must be scheduled online using our booking link. ​

    • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service cost. 

  • Late Arrivals

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to adjust or reschedule your appointment, as it can affect other clients' bookings. ​

  • Consultations: 

    • For certain styles or first-time clients, a consultation may be required prior to booking. This allows us to assess your hair and discuss your desired style. ​

​

Cancellation Policy

  • ​Notice for Cancellations: 

    • We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ​

    • Cancelations within this timeframe will allow the deposit to be applied to a future appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: 

    • Cancellations less than 48 hours will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. ​

  • No-Shows:

    • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be required to pay a no-show fee of 100% of the service. ​

    • After two (2) no-show appointments, prepayment of the full-service fee will be required to book future appointments. 

  • Late Arrivals

    • Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will be charged a late fee (amount determined by the stylist). ​

​

Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the salon needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

​

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please contact at (612) 505-0495 to adjust your booking. 

​

Walk-Ins

  • We currently do not accept walk-ins. Please book your service in advance using our booking link.
